Is 24/7 access available to all members, and how does it work?
Yes, 24/7 access is available to all Epic Health and Fitness members. We provide a key fob to each of our members, which allows you to access our gyms at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Which memberships provide access to multiple Epic Health and Fitness locations?
Yes, our Epic + monthly membership grants you access to all Epic Health and Fitness locations. Enjoy the flexibility of using multiple facilities under this single membership plan.
How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, visit any Epic Health and Fitness location in person during staffed hours. If you hold a paid-in-full membership, you can complete the cancellation process at any time. Keep in mind that all billing will continue until proper cancellation is completed.

Do you allow members to bring guests?
Absolutely! We welcome local guests for a complimentary trial at Epic Health and Fitness. The first visit is free, and subsequent visits can be enjoyed at a daily rate. It’s a great way for your friends to experience the fantastic facilities we offer.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes, we take pride in having the best trainers in the area. Our trainers hold nationally accredited certifications and are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. What is the posing room?
Our posing room is a dedicated space for perfecting your poses, taking stunning selfies, and admiring your physique. It’s designed to provide you with a private and well-lit area to showcase your progress and share your fitness journey.
What is your glute room?
Epic Health and Fitness has a specialized room dedicated to isolating and growing glutes specifically. This room is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to help you focus on sculpting and strengthening your glute muscles.

Childcare services are available at our Brooksville, Crystal River, and Port Richey locations. We understand the importance of providing a convenient and safe environment for our members with children, allowing them to focus on their fitness journey worry-free.

Do you offer supplements?
